Rooms for Meetings and Workshops
Bridge View
Can seat from 30 – 60 guests for a dinner, workshop, meeting or conference. Drop Down electronic screen , AV and microphone. This room caters well for those private meetings. Break out into the beautiful Riverview.
River View
This is the most flexible of room any conference facility could offer. A dinner for 300 or a dinner for 50 – this room can be changed in size depending on the needs of your function. Drop down screen, Stage, Digital projector as well as the amazing long deck that runs along the side of the venue overlooking the Tamar River. This room has direct bar access as well.
Members Retreat and Members Dining room
You are welcome to these rooms on a Friday night for a drink or bistro meal. Other days they are well suited to cocktail parties of less than 100, a small dinner, School Reunion or meeting room.
All of our rooms are available without room hire charge if your function has a minimum of 30 people ( during the day) or 50 people at night.
We have an onsite AV technician available by arrangement
In house system is compatible with iPods, current laptops, CD’s and DVD’s.
Wireless, handheld and lapel microphones are available at no extra cost.
Don’t forget Social Club Members who book our meeting and workshop facilities receive a $50 voucher to use on pizza’s for their corporate social or sporting club group.
